According to a Reuteurs Report, People who
  1. drink moderately,
  2. exercise,
  3. quit smoking and
  4. eat five servings of fruit and vegetables each day

live on average 14 years longer than people who adopt none of these behaviors.

No surprises here... but how many of us do it actually ? Of course, I would add PRAYER AND MEDITATION, as my wife adds and I concur
